SJOG asks obstetric patients to register as patients online within 24hrs of seeing Dr Meharry. The admission program will ask you to provide basic contact details and medical information for your upcoming stay at SJOG.

Antenatal and Postnatal Classes
SJOG offers both antenatal and postnatal classes that provide information on:
- the benefits of an active birth
- caesarean birth
- how to stay healthy during pregnancy
- what to expect after the birth of your baby
- nappy change exercises
- settling techniques
- how to identify and work through postnatal depression.
SJOG also offers lactation education through their lactation clinics to help you with any issues you may be experiencing with breastfeeding.
